Last night we had an ART CRAWL in Port Colborne. The weather was perfect, the art was beautiful, the music was melodious, the dancers were rhythmic, and the artists were weird. As it should be.

Mike was playing in the bakery, wearing his favourite shirt. A tribute to his favourite guitar shop Artisan Guitars, located in Nashville, Tennessee. He has big plans for us to sojourn to Nashville so he can visit Bill and Ellie Warmoth, in person, in their shop. Bill and Ellie don’t know what they are in for. For Mike this is like a pilgrimage to the Vatican.
The girls added their touch to a community piece of art.

Which was promptly painted over when we walked past again. This is Sammi’s contribution, which I thought was very fitting, considering the meld of Canadians and Americans not only in our family but the area.

….and the loaner son, pissed that I wouldn’t buy him beef jerky, twizzlers, tea, and soda pop.
